As a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will have the opportunity to lead projects from inception to successful completion. You will collaborate with teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining project plans, considering deliverables, scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations while adhering to established processes and methods. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to the expansion of our business with them, supported by our sales team. Providing regular updates on project progress to clients, internal teams, and management will also be part of your responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and manage client expectations regarding deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate with operations for proper allocation of resources and efforts within teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Apply and adapt existing quality processes for your projects.
• Establish fruitful client relationships and continuously demonstrate the value of our services to promote business development.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and document relevant information.
• Ensure effective communication as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, internal and external.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Project Management (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification or equivalent (an asset).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technological projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform detailed and meticulous work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize based on company and client needs.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and track multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in presenting to an audience and effectively facilitating meetings.
• Familiarity with common management tools (MS Project or equivalent, MS Excel, MS Access) and knowledge of Agile methodology and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Tempo) will be appreciated.
