- Reporting to the President, acts as a member of the company's leadership team
- Contributes to the definition, development, and implementation of human resources strategies to support business objectives and company culture
- Innovates by drawing on best practices in recruitment and human resources management
- Plays a strategic and tactical role in implementing best practices to address challenges posed by talent scarcity, retention, and succession planning in a highly competitive market
- Owns the overall compensation structure, conducts regular benchmarking, and ensures competitiveness in a particularly competitive environment
- Recommends and implements the human resources function budget
- Ensures effective and harmonious onboarding of new hires within teams undergoing constant growth and change
- Serves as an advisory role to managers and teams, supporting and guiding them in their organizational development and performance challenges.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 4 years in a human resources management role, preferably in a large company
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Membership in the Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP) order is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Collaborative approach
- Strategic thinking and managerial courage
