Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the President, acts as a member of the company's leadership team
• Contributes to the definition, development, and implementation of human resources strategies to support business objectives and company culture
• Innovates by drawing on best practices in recruitment and human resources management
• Plays a strategic and tactical role in implementing best practices to address challenges posed by talent scarcity, retention, and succession planning in a highly competitive market
• Owns the overall compensation structure, conducts regular benchmarking, and ensures competitiveness in a particularly competitive environment
• Recommends and implements the human resources function budget
• Ensures effective and harmonious onboarding of new hires within teams undergoing constant growth and change
• Serves as an advisory role to managers and teams, supporting and guiding them in their organizational development and performance challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including 4 years in a human resources management role, preferably in a large company
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Membership in the Chartered Human Resources Professional (CHRP) order is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills - Collaborative approach
• Strategic thinking and managerial courage
