As a member of the business development team, you will be involved in the coordination and strategic execution of Cysca's customer acquisition efforts. You will participate in developing trusting relationships with customers, preparing bids in the technology industry, and marketing strategies to increase the company's visibility.

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and rigorous business development manager to develop Cysca's B2B side.

Your Responsibilities

Sales activities

— Be the daily point of contact for acquired clients

— Build and maintain long-term trusted relationships that convert prospects into long-term, loyal customers

— Collaborate with technical services to receive customer requests and prepare service offers that faithfully meet their needs

— Review contracts (comfortable with legal language)

— Review and correct service offers before presenting them for approval to company partners.

— Monitor various sources of public tenders

— Drive responses to public tenders

— Document all sales activities using the CRM (Dynamics 365) and follow up with various internal and external stakeholders.

— Provide administrative support for business activities (KPI, pricing, payment, etc.).

 

Marketing activities

— Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies

— Coordinate external communication activities - visibility campaigns, etc.

— Work with stakeholders and suppliers to promote successful activities and enhance the company's visibility in the market

— Analyze sales statistics and forecast variances, identify the most profitable segments, and propose loyalty or recovery actions

— Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and track expenses.

 

Your qualifications

— Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or another related field

— Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales

— Demonstrates proactivity, autonomy, and initiative

— Structured, rigorous, and meticulous

— Knowledge of professional services in a technical environment is an asset

— Preparation of offers in response to public tenders is a significant asset

— Strong knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

— Excellent communication skills (written and oral, French and English)
